Der Kölner Fotograf Albrecht Fuchs (*1964 in Bielefeld, lebt in Köln), portraitiert Menschen aus verschiedenen Gesellschaftsgruppen, vor allem jedoch Künstler und Musiker. Die aktuelle Serie „61-73“ umfasst Portraits international renommierter Künstlerinnen und Künstler, die der selben Generation angehören wie Albrecht Fuchs selbst und die Editeure (geboren zwischen 1961 und 1973). So entsteht ein konzises Generationenbild derjenigen KünstlerInnen, deren Eingang in die Kunstgeschichte heute wahrscheinlich wird.

The Cologne photographer, Albrecht Fuchs (*1964 in Bielefeld, lives in Cologne), portrays people from different social groups, but above all artists and musicians. The current series “61-73” encompasses portraits of internationally renowned artists who belong to the same generation as Albrecht Fuchs himself and the editors (born between 1961 and 1973). The result is a concise generational picture of these artists, making probable their entrance into today’s art history.
